You'll probably be able to run it but since you're close to the minimum requirements you won't be able to max out the detail settings. For more info on NBA Live 2005, you can check out
this entry in our Wiki.

You will be able to run the game for sure, in max 1280 x 1024 resolution. I had almost the same cofiguration (800Mhz + GeForce 2 MX 400 - and I played the game) before I bought new computer.

Well, believe me - Live 2005 is the best of all 2003 and 2004 versions. You will be able to run Live 2005 for sure! What graphic card do you have?

Dude forget 2003 and 2004, rhose games are very "arcadeish". You can abuse the opposing teams by pressing the Pro-hop buttons

If you can exercise self-control, 2004 plays a pretty decent game of basketball. 2003's a lost cause if you're after realism.

Possibly jerseys and cyberfaces. Certainly not rosters. I can't recall offhand what is readily compatible between NBA Live 2003 and NBA Live 2004 but as a rule rosters are not.

hey guys i'm also thinking about buying a new copy of live 2005 for my pc, however i'm a bit concern whether my pc could cope up with the system requirement it needs..Actually as of now, I'm playing live 2004 and one experience i had with this one is that whenever i set the detail settings into maximum my gameplay slows down. Currently im using windows xp sp2 P4 2.4ghz 512mb ram 32mb video card nvidia riva tnt2 model.....can I play with this one???any suggestions pls.....

You should be able to, but your video card only just meets the minimum requirements so you're not going to be able to max out the detail settings.

seems like i need to purchase a new video card...thanks andrew

No problem.

With a new video card and a bit more RAM, you'd be able to run everything up until NBA Live 08 without any issues.
