He was considered a lock for lottery after freshman & sophomore campaigns, lock for mid 1st round after junior & bubble 1st rounder after his senior year. His perceived potential dropped considerably over those years, despite him walking out of Arizona a better player than what he worked in as. GM's often outsmart themselves. He shouldn't have fallen out of 1st Round, as simple as that.
