Live 04 prob need help plz

Hi everybody, Im having a serious problem here. I installed NBa Live 2004 without any problems, and everytime I click on the right icon to start playing, the game crashes and goes back to desktop without any messages. Any help would be appreciate. here are some pc specs PIII 850 mhz, 128mb ram, win xp, ATI 64mb graphics card.
SOME UPDATES:
I went to dynasty to try something else, I set it up ect. I went to play the first with the Lakers and their is an option to select yerseys, starting lineup ect ect and play now, so I just hit play now and it work, I play for the first time. So i came to a conclusion that the crashes happen when going to selects jersey menu and it isnt so good because in exhibition and other game mode, it passes through and crashes. Any ideas?

No. The game is fresh, havent edit or touch anything.

I had the same problem. My game runs perfectly as long as i don't fool with any jerseys.

But how can you play exhibition or other game mode, without going to the select jersey menu. In exhibition mode first you select the team you want to play with then their is a right icon wich automatically goes to the select jersey menu, so how do you do it?

Dont have enough ram..need 256mb u have 128

But EA sports states in the requirements at least 128mb ram; and im sure other people are running NBA live 04 under 128mb ram.
