Official 2k Rosters - Dynamic Crowd Attendance added

If you goto the 2kshare menu in game you will see that 2k has posted new downloadable rosters for us to play with.

For me, I go to NBA Today and rosters downlaoded automaticly

right, but for the half of the day where the servers are down, these are kinda nice to have

They add Carlos Arroyo but he has black arms what is wrong ?

that happened on the PS3/360 versions as well, they screwed up

more important thing..they fixed the "drive the lane tendency" for each player....played right now against Melo and the nuggets..completely burned out by MELO...he was attacking the rim constantly, pulling up for mid range jump shot, that annoying pass out has been almost completely fixed. Now if they put their attention to what they pointed out in the patch list ( especially for that crapping defensive rotations about auto double team and infamous pick and roll, more body contact in the paint to avoid easy shots , lead passes ) we can scream: allelujah.

theres a HUGE minus tho, everytime the rosters get updated we havta start our seasons all over. playin an 82 game season with 12 minute quarters no sim thats pretty damn frustratin, specially when ur 21 games in

Just finished a full game against Miami playing as the Raptors on 10 Quarters with the new Official Roster. Man the gameplay changed so much for me after using the new official roster, Wade was killing me like never before, he ended up with 54pts, 5rebounds and 7assists.

He broke down my cpu teammate's defense (i usually only defend as the point guard on defense and let the cpu guard the other players) and he went up strong, either drawing fouls or finishing hard. He also penetrated and passed it out a couple of times but it was not as noticable as before.

They must have fixed the drive-in tendency b/c instead of every player having 0 as their drive-in, they actually have a number there.

Going to play against Lebron next to see if that one game against Miami was a fluke or not (star players being more aggressive rather than penetrating and passing it out before this roster update)

Btw, i did not touch any of the player's tendency after i downloaded the roster from 2K Share, not did I alter the gameplay sliders (custom) I had before downloading the roster file.

at times it says i'm unable to login, other times it says service is down, other times it says it cannot find realm...in the login page the isn't even the server list anymore...it worked 2 days 2 weeks ago then nothing

it works right now this instant, and FYI, if you got it before that Monday it was released in the US you have to re-register online through the game

Yeah they added Arroyo with black arms, but at least he was added. Brian Cook is a 6 year veteran on the Rockets roster and he's nowhere to be found. Also missing is Mavs rookie Rodrigue Beabois (25th pick overall), Dante Cunningham (Blazers) and Serge Ibaka (Thunder).

Why dont they show the players attributes changes yet?

because that data uses 82games.com stuff, so that wont start happening until the season starts next week

I wonder if 2k will add all the missing players via update in time for the start of the season?
And will they update and create players regularry

Pretty disappointing update. The only player addition was Arroyo if I'm not mistaken, and they managed to fuck up his arms.
I reverted back to my own rosters, they're more updated when it comes to gear, ratings and missing players.

They also added Jon Brockman (Kings) and Patty Mills (Blazers), who received an exagerated overall (69) for a second round rookie.

Should sliders for the old roster be updatded, if so which ones? Or could I still use my old sliders?

Brockman was already added with the previous update, but I didn't know about Mills though.
