Switch rookies in my dynasty?

i just downloaded the new roster patch by andrew and i wanted to switch the Nba live made rookies to the new rookies from my roster patch in my dynasty.
is this possible??

Not without extensive DBF editing.

DBF Editing isn't something you have, it's something you do. You would need to edit each and every generated player to replace them with this year's rookies. It would be a lot quicker and easier to just start a new Dynasty with the updated rosters.
