Antonio played last season in Poland , he got shot shot this summer near his house in Memphis. Fortunately he survived and recently he was discharged from the hospital. There's a slim chance that he will be playing basketball professionally again. I really keep my fingers crossed and I really hope that one day He will be back on the court.

I thought about Woolridge before going with Brown. First player (as far as I can recall) to go between the legs in an NBA dunk contest, way back in the first NBA contest in 1984.

To be fair, I don't think we explicitly ruled out posting the same player in different team's jerseys. It kind of defeats the purpose though, so I'll have to remember to mention that in the rules for the game next year.

Funny how people were kind of noncholant about it then, but were blown away by it when Kobe brought it back in 1997 and others started pulling it out more often in subsequent contests. You'd think there would've been a bigger reaction back in 1984, though I guess it was all about the free throw line back then.

Well the judges did award him a 48, which is pretty high, considering that it was a creative dunk back in those days.

True but the reaction was milder than you'd expect, at least that's the way it comes across on the broadcast. It isn't mentioned all that much either, I'd say most people would think of Isaiah Rider (moreso than Kobe, who I mentioned before) bringing it into the NBA contest.

He could have been one of the biggest stars in the NBA, but he's injuries stopped his career . He is a player with extremely huge potential. When he is healthy he just cant be stopped.
