In My Opinion The Best 24 Teams are (in any order):
Argentina
USA
Spain
Serbia
Greece
Slovenia
Puerto Rico
Lithuania
France
Italy
Russia
Australia
Turkey
Croatia
China
Latvia
Poland
Germany
Brasil
Iran
Great Britain
Angola
New Zeland
Canada
Another thing is that last year's rosters weren't accurate. I hope they have fixed that this year

Poland has a player playing in the NBA
But the list that I made is the list of the teams that In my opinion should be in Live 10 . And If you look at the FIBA Ranking (wich is stupid ) those are the best 24 teams . I know that Gabon , Hong Kong or Korea are maybe higher than some teams in my top 24 but c'mon thay aren't better teams in real life.

But so does 30 other countries.
I didn't base on what I said on FIBA rankings(I know they aren't very exact), but when I look at it now, I would say the first 22 place would deserve a place in the game and 2 other would be probably Latvia and/or Senegal and/or Japan and/or Dominic Republic(if you count Horford and Garcia in there). Poland isn't as good as they are(maybe yet, but probably not). I know you're going to say that they were the 10th team in the EC, but one tournament doesn't say everything and they only were there, because they were the host country, I dare to say that they wouldn't have made it there if they didn't have the spot, because the midpack in Europe is very tight(just see Italy not even getting to the tournament).
But I guess having a NBA player in the team helps getting into the game, but even then I doubt it would be enough.

You don't know basketball if you think New Zealand isn't in top 24 in the World....last time I checked they were ranked #14 & have been ranked in top 15 the last 5 or 6 years....Japan sucks....even we (NZ) kick their ass....
The X wrote:I can confirm that New Zealand is in Live '10. I was watching one of Czar's videos and he scrolled through the teams.
They are as follows:Angola
Argentina
Australia
Brazil
Canada
China
Croatia
England
France
Germany
Greece
Iran
Italy
Japan
Lithuania
Mexico
New Zealand
Puerto Rico
Russia
Serbia
Slovenia
Spain
Turkey
USA
I can confirm also that they have inaccurate rosters such as Steve Nash as Canada's starting PG. Hopefully Sean Marks is NZ's starting C too
