HELP WITH experimental STADIUM PATCH getting "Image mis

Gday guys,
I need some help from somebody who knows how the game reads the image files

I'm working on a patch that will allow a player to practice in staples center or any other team stadium

anyway everything works perfectly except it won't load the chairs and camera...

No it's no problem.
You must only extract the "taud.fsh" from the "crowd.viv" in "xcrowd.viv". Than you imported the "taud.fsh" in the "xxstd.fsh". The correct colornumber for the stadiums, you can find in the "team.dbf".

#1- The Camera Has No Texture
#2- The "Staples" On The Padded Thing Looks Warped And All Messed Up

that's the problem i couldn't get to work earlier when i tried making the patch, the crows amongs others didn't have a texture... thanx for telling me how to do

can you get the backboard camera to work?
it's the same problem as the crowd had before... no texture...

now wait, i have a question, how come on my game, there's no "Staples Center" o nthe floor, No Laker Logo on th floor and no "LAKERS" on the ends of the court, and no colors in the Key? my game's all whacked out

You are to quickly! I had the wrong .zip on my server. Now it will work!

the reason the court is acting up, is that the pracise court uses diferent names for it's stuff... among one thing, there it no mid-court logo or end-court logo.
so the courts o-file is looking for a special texture for those areas, but since there is no texture for them in the .fsh, you need to go around that somehow... i don't know how...
that's what i think the problem is anyway

i'll show a screen on how farr i've come so far in the next post...

well it worked for ShaqAttack, by the screen shot, and it still doesnt fix the problems so, yeah, I Think because the praice court doesnt have a backboard camera, so it has no texture for it.

I have replaced the practicecrt.o with the xxcrt.o and the .fsh also. So the backboards have cameras with textures!

yea. you could do that, or you could take the 'stadiumbbd.fsh' from xcommon and rename it to 'practicebbd.fsh' and place it in the 'xcommon' folder... works just fine...

i went for a practice stadium... not a team stadium...
i think it looks great i'll make some adjustments more... some custom dornas and such things




do you know why the hardwood outside the court looks much more red-ish? it looks kinda wierd...
