Top 10 Worst Jerseys 2000-2009

5. Washington Wizards (gold alternate)
6. Chicago Bulls (black alternate with pinstripes, 1996 retro)
7. Charlotte Bobcats (current)
8. Atlanta Hawks (yellow alternate from a few years back)
9. Washington Wizards (current)
10. Denver Nuggets (one of their retros)

I actually disagree with a good portion of the list. The current Pistons jerseys are better, but I actually liked the teal jerseys. The same goes for the current designs for the Warriors and Wizards, the Rockets' pinstripe jersey (which it seems most people hate but I've always liked), the Sixers' old jerseys and the Bulls' pinstriped black alternate. The Bulls' alternate and the Denver throwback shouldn't really be on the list anyway, same as the retro jerseys on the previously posted best list. The others I don't completely disagree with, though it's ridiculous that the Thunder's jerseys didn't make the list.

I like the Wizards gold/black one. Also the 76ers white ones. I've gotta agree with that guy though, the teal Pistons jerseys are hideous. Teal is just an awful colour in general.

I also liked the Rockets pinstripe jersey, looked pretty good to me...The Bobcats ones were decent, nothing too good, but not bad either
How the heck could the Bulls pinstripes be on that list?
The Wizards alternate isn't bad looking at all, in fact, i have a swingman version of it myself...

I used to hate the Wizards gold alternate but it kinda grew on me. I disagree with a huge part of that list though. They're not the best by any means but there are far worse.

I like the pinstripes jersey, and think the Blunders' away jersey should be #1.

That Detroit teal jersey is one of my favorites ever. The logo on it is superb. I prefer that to the current one. Also, the Wizards Alternate and the Bulls striped alternate.

But yeah, OKC, especially the away jersey, is missing from the list.

i hate the Seattle Supersonics jersey. they look like a crappy college basketball team. i also definitely agree on the Atlanta alt. they don't contrast well and they look like egg yolks from a farther view and i also agree on a lot more jerseys... but that dallas alt (today), really sucks. P. Diddy is really stylish... but the jersey he designed sucks ass

Houston Rockets pinstripes are very ugly. That's all I can say. And I don't mind the teal Pistons jersey. Doesn't look that bad to me.

Any of the jerseys that were around in the late 90s I don't find all that bad to look at all. Maybe it's because that's when I first started into basketball so I'm accustomed to seeing them, but those jerseys were a hell of a lot better than some of the jerseys that are being worn today. There seemed like the jerseys stood out more creatively to represent their respective teams back then in my opinion.

I remember that awful Rockets jersey, that's the year Barkley joined them I think. Even the players were voicing their criticism about it, they were saying that they looked like clowns.
I forgot when they went off the radar, but Vancouver's first jersey was terrible too. So was Toronto's first jersey actually.

but those jerseys were a hell of a lot better than some of the jerseys that are being worn today. There seemed like the jerseys stood out more creatively to represent their respective teams back then in my opinion.

That's pretty much how I feel. If nothing else, they stood out from one another. These days there are too many jerseys that are similar in both colour scheme and general design. They look nice enough, but it feels like there's less individuality amongst the teams, fewer unique styles in the league.

i don't think no.3 is bad... but the alternate really sucks. the color is like a mixture of what you get if you mix ketchup and mayonnaise really good.

no. 10 should deserve a higher standing... that jersey looks like it was drawn by a 4-year old kid (primary colors...lol)

i think the reason why they think no.5 is because their shorts are plain black... they kinda look like a high school volleyball team with those shorts.

i also agree with Valor, since i don't think that the Bulls pinstripes jerseys are really bad... they look as good as the Orlando pinstripe jersey (the black one, back when there was Hardaway)

but i disagree with Valor too because Houston pinstripe sucks (also their old arena). Olajuwon sported that jersey beautifully but when Yao wore those in his rookie season... he looked like a Chinese guy wearing pajamas.

If I made a "Top 10 Best Jerseys: 2008-2009" list, the Washington Wizards gold alternate would be on it. I really like that jersey, but then again, I must have bad taste.

The one I disagree with the most is Charlotte's.
I actually really like the Bobcats' uniforms.

I thought the red striped Rockets jersey was ok. Olajuwon in that jersey represented Rocket's great days. Yeah, but it didn't look that great on Yao. Rofl..
