PC Videogame internet shops

Anyone knows some videogame shops?
Since game prices in my country ar x3 bigger than they should be, i need some internet shops (in english) that sell pc videogames for fair prices and the shipping isn't too expensive.

i thought you can find there only used games and with no cd keys(or used cdkeys).
