Here is a preview of my Josh Howard because noone did answer my request. 
Of course it's not the best patch but IMO better than EA's original which was really crap.
If you are interested in the patch I will release it.

U know I think you should:
* blend the forehead better
* darken the skincolor (look at the photo, he's really black )
And it will be very good

Sorry no one answered your request sooner but I've been working on a Josh Howard just haven't found the right headshape yet. Plus I don't know how to do that texture mapping thing. If you do just use Hubert Davis texture map, it fits his smile in that photo perfectly, and a slimmer headshape than the default. In case your interested this is what I have so far for the bhed
