Missing playbook...greyed out...CPU VS. CPU

I have been trying to access the playbook under settings, but it is greyed out. Could someone please help me access it.

Secondly...Does anyone have any sliders for CPU VS. CPU. I am a little confused on them. I usually play CPU vs. CPU. I have good games but at times a player will have 10 blocks. Should my sliders be the same for user and cpu?

When both teams are controlled by the CPU, you cannot access the Playbook menu.

when the computer is playing each other the cpu sliders are the same for both teams. u should edit or use the sliders andrew or ben has posted so the blocks do not occur as often.
