If a player dives back court for a loose ball.
1.No back court call(even when its clear it was backcourt)
2.Nobody will come and help so the player just sits there until 24 sec clock runs out. 3 times exact same thing in 3 different games.

I saw a computer dive for a ball and clearly went out of bounds (his butt was out of bounds) and he successfully passed it out.

Last night Tmac dived head 1st into a banner on sideline, his head vanished, surley that should be some kind of injury. I would have thought they might add an injury system 2 floor dives.

Anyone notice that you can't get a shot off if there are less than two seconds on the shot clock (excluding shots at the end of the quarter)?

lets face it though... EA will never release a patch for LIVE like all the other nba live's...

EA did release fixes for NBA Live 98, NBA Live 99 and NBA Live 2003 though. You never know, we could see a patch for some of these issues.

in one on one mode, Ive been called for not clearing the ball, when it clearly shows my guy over the line dribbling the ball on the replay. I should pay more attention to when it says "ball cleared"

One on One also has problems such as the wrong player getting possession for an infringement..

In season mode, I called a timeout, came back into the game and pippen stole the ball from Parker as the players were walking off the court...the bulls then inbounded from the side! worst way to come out of a timeout that! LOL

The human AI players don't do anything when player lock is on. It's frustrating as all get out.

Don't know if its a bug per se, but my game doesn't allow me to save rosters anymore after I added a custom player to the xplayerdata.viv file. It keeps giving me an error message on the save screen, after I click on the save roster or save dynasty options that says, "Out of memory". I have 56 GB of HD space available on that drive and a 2.4 GHZ processor to but and even after turning off all of my background programs to just those that are required I still get this message. And this is despite the fact that I'm still well under the limit that's presented in the Task Manager layout. Weird. It was working fine and saving one day, now it won't save anymore. However, my other games like Madden, TW, MVP, have no problems and save without incidence? Any insights?

When the CPU fires a mid range or long range jumper and missed. I just press jump beneath the ring to get a rebound. But instead of getting a rebound. Commentators says I block his shot ....(whoaa that's goal tending). And the block is added to my stats.. it happen to me on almost all of my games.

I don't know if this is really a "bug" but after a timeout is called you can't see what happened immediatly beforehand in instant replay, I missed a big Vince dunk.

from what i read, most of those bugs (whatever!) occur on the PC version. but the real bug/problem is when you block a shot, it doesnt count as a missed shot attempt for the player. happens plenty of time and the cpu shooting is really lower than what the game states.

has anyone ran across that?

Sometimes when the CPU inbounds (I forget the exact scenario) near the hoop, there's no time to see the set-up of the players before the CPU passes and dunks.

Plus, I must have mentioned before, the camera sucks. I inbound with the PG, wait a second or two, direct pass to PG and he's standing out of bounds still to receive the pass, and so is called out of bounds. If the camera worked right, you could actually see he was still out.

So far I've only had one bug, that has existed in NBA Live since 95... The AI still can't manage a throw in, without losing the ball. They either do a turnover or the ball goes out of bounds..

Just pissses me off. I'm amazed it can take ferking 8 years to fix this thing!

Sometimes i get call for an offensive when driving hoop to the basket, my player lays it up and 2 points are counted for me instead of not counting it

Sometimes i get bumped by the CPU and i got a backcourt violation :shock:

the transition between calls and the inbounds, i dunno if its a bug but the defense gets no time to set up or anything and also the comp doesn't move around enough when trying to inbound the ball and its pretty easy to get a steal or a foul if ur too anxious

A couple more here, though I think the first may have been mentioned:

- defense is called for foul, no continuation given, but a shot does go off and goes in, points count, offense gets the ball too

- if i double team a guy in the post without the ball, I will invariably be called for a defensive 3-second violation if I do it for, you guessed it, three seconds. It's not that unusual a situation if you're trying to deny the ball from a guy who's killing you in the post, so it's a constant danger for me.

another bug, my player was fouled and he wasn't sent to the line, all the players just stood there, neither shooting the free throw nor throwing in and i was forced to quit the game. It's the 4th quater....sigh....

this happened twice to me 2day- i drive to the basket, make the shot and draw the foul. instead of going to the line, my player goes to the sideline to inbound the ball. but before i can do anything, he gets called for out of bounds. then the next thing the computer is inbounding the ball.

I found a bug
Even if you break those nba record it doesn't change
for example, if any player scores 102 points in the game
it won't change to that player's name in my nba live record book
