MVP awards disappearing

Sun Dec 28, 2003 9:59 am

I'm eight years into my dynasty. I started with the Bulls and have controlled the Celtics, Nets, and currently run the Phoenix Suns. When I look at the MVP award in the Hall of Fame I no longer see Tyson Chandler who won the first award. He is still on the Bulls but his name is no longer in the Hall of Fame.

This has also happened with other awards. The last few years award winners are listed but some of the first seasons are not. There is no slider on the side to go back to previous years.

Has anyone else experienced this or seen this bug?

I am still waiting on my first retired jersey but I wonder if Chandler will be retired if his name is no longer on the list of MVP's.

You can select an option to change after seasons.

When you have "GM Evaluation" set to Yes, other teams will offer you control from time to time.

Is this on PS2 as well?

Yeps, I just finished a great GM Franchise, I had a young team in Indiana, moved on to become GM of the T'Wolves after 5 years and three trips to the finals with the Pacers (no titles) to winning 18 titles with the Wolves, thanx to the Free Agent Bug and finished 3rd in GM Evaluation. (PS2)

I'm not psycho jackal but I'll tell you anyway. If you sim through 'sign free agents' in the off-season(This sometimes happens if you dont) star players like KG, Kobe, Iverson will have their contract up. The CPU teams dont sign them so they end up in the free agent pool at the beginning of the season. Then you can sign however many that you want for the minimum.
