Nah, I'm talking about the "hate speech" people who think it should be illegal to say anything negative about someone who's black, gay, female etc.

There's usually a few of them in any given thread about Phelps, wondering if some sort of "legal action" can be taken against them.

Fair enough. The only thing I'd outlaw would be protesting funerals, I think that's a really low act no matter what the cause or the group involved. That'd be tricky though as such a law would infringe on freedom of speech and other rights.
