hey man good work. But there are some flaws, Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison at 80? I think it's too low. Low rating players is the only issue for me.

thanks anyway i figured it out. good update, i'll use it as a base but the ratings are really flawed. rubio comes in as a rookie with higher rating than most players in the league. the close shooting for everyone is way off. you make it easier for players to hit mid-range shots and threes than lay-ups. kobe, lebron close shooting at 75? i don't know! i played college ball and watch three to four games every night during the season... all that to say "i know basketball", and these ratings are way off. i know you use a formula but i must ask what is that "formula" cause it's not one that i know.

i adjusted only rookies ratings and provided a new set of sliders that's all......Babyface did this dirty and huge work..so give him the credits he deserves..one more time....i quietly satisfied.i raise my hands up bro.

i'm about to guy. just got the game. just downloaded the tools. i've already started. i made thousands of patches for nba live series and i'll do the same for this one. i'm no complaining, it's just that a lot of the rookies are just faces that come with the game. i just expected a little more. there was a rookie update a week ago that i thought was stronger, only problem with that one was no photos and you could only play an already started franchise. i said THANKS to everyone involved,... at the same time i still get to be objective. if someone submits their work i think it's open to critique. just like when i post my CF's people will be entitled to their opinion. no prob. so it's stated... the photos are great, i just think the ratings are a bit skewed and the CF's have mostly already been posted before. the ones that have not been are just faces that the game already provides. sorry to state the truth.

you have a good point. but exact CFs for rookies wasn't a feature of this patch. The focus of this patch was gameplay and the roster. On the other hand, if you really want to take up the task on making rookies, good luck to you and I'm looking forward to it.

You can actually create your MJ in his roster, it is not that hard. Create a player name him MJ,save, open with the iff editor, search for your created MJ, under the body tab, tick the iff enabled box, save and change the faceid to 943 and save. That should do it. You need to have the png943.iff btw.

I'm with you in this Diggy, yes the roster is great but i can't play with texmod, wish they had created the rookies same like 96 bulls and include them in the rosters, though it's a huge task, wish i can help but i am not into patching so i will still say thanks for all the patches here. I will have to wait patiently until some of the CF patchers create them.

ratings are based on formula, ask juza more, they are correct

You got the wrong Marcus Williams on the Spurs. The Spurs one is an SG/SF called up from the D-league not the point guard from GS.

how did you figure it out? I still can't get it to work. specifically in the Association mode, and portraits. the rookies are pretty good tho in the roster

BABYFACE. can you PLEASE just list the rookies with their png # so i can just assign them to each rookie as opposed to using text mod. this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on the same boat..I don't care about rookie pics..I don't want to run textmode everytime I need to play the game..If this is done, we can at least get the rookies in the game without having to make too much adjustments and don't have to worry about any glitch.

but you cant have portraits for them without textmod, that is a fact!

Some of us don't look at the protraits and we just want to add the rookies into the game! Some of us play the game for the game playing! Having to run textmode everytime is an inconvience and not having the protraits is something we can easily sacrafice.

well, ok, with hades editor you easily see them and you can modify them
