NRL - State of Origin

Queeenslander!!!! 4Peat

Tonight Queensland (my home state) won in an absolutely heart racer their 4th straight series of State of Origin. In its near 30 years of history between Queensland and New South Wales has a 4Peat happened before. Queensland showed their spirit with several players injured holding off New South Wales 24 - 14 in Sydney. For those who don't know State of Origin is basically the equivalent of the NBA All-Star Weekend but is played out in a best of 3 game series of rugby league. History was made in front of 80,000 fans in Sydney and watched by many millions more. I don't imagine too many Queenslander's going to work tomorrow with hangovers of celebration.

Once again Queensland showed their spirit never giving up even when down and out and playing for the full 80 minutes.

Congratulations Queensland

I feel sorry for my nephew at school tomorrow. He was born in Brisbane and has lived in Queensland all his life, but as his father (my brother) is from Newcastle, he's a Knights and NSW supporter.

I don't want to fucking talk about it. Peter Wallace is the biggest piece of shit to ever pull on a NSW jersey. If it wasn't for that useless jackass and David Williams the Blues would've had that game.

State of Origin is basically the equivalent of the NBA All-Star Weekend

And it actually means something, and the players don't take it as a joke.

Thanks for clearing that up about that event having a particular meaning. I was wondering how an event compared to the NBA All-Star Weekend could have hangover inducing celebrations.

QLDDDDDDDDD ALL THE WAYYY

They are just too good.

lmao at Inglis just bulldozing Gidley for the first try then Barrett the faggot with that tackle on him.

Peter Wallace is the biggest piece of shit to ever pull on a NSW jersey.

Lol a halfback that can't even pass the ball properly smh.

Jarryd Hayne by far the best player in the NSW squad, see him burn Bill Slater when he made that intercept. Slater just gave up after 30-40m he looked slow motion compared to Hayne.
