NBA LIVE 08 TUP MOD??

Hello i just want to ask what are the main changes in NBA LIVE 08 with this TUP Mod??
And What is the latest version of this mod and where is the download link???
Please be specific in the changes and what are its cool factors?

And nobody was answering my question so i'll post it again here even if its not related.

Uhhm I just want to ask where is this tutorial section?
can you please give me the link?? And also can you please be specific
of what program do i need to edit the teams and since i can't
delete NBA teams then I'll just rename them. sorry its just that I cant find it....
and 1 more thing, I know its off topic but
can you also give me a link for the latest NBA LIVE 06 roster patch something
similar to the NLSC NBA Live Current Roster patch for 07 and 08
cuz i only find For NBA LIVE 07 and NBA LIVE 08, nothing for 06..
