How do I delete old text search?

Postby Filip on Sun Dec 21, 2003 1:15 am

When once searching on something on google.com the search text I wrote is stored.
Say I search on Jordan, next time I'm in google and just write in the letter "J" jordan will
pop ut down there.

Samething is it where you write in the adress but that is easy do delete by just push the
"delete earlier" button on "Tools" and then "Internet options" but the the text from
google is still stored, How do I remove it?

Thankfull for help

Just click on the line where you search, so all of them come up, then use the down arrow on your keyboard and press the delete button

Thanx a lot, just got rid of it by deleting the cookies.
Not a big problem, cuz it's my computer but when my bro is home, he uses it sometimes

Okey, sorry. I will talk about drugs instead which is much healthier.

Go to tools, internet options, content, auto complete, and clear forms. And you can unclick auto complete for web addresses and forms.
