I don't know nothing about so called "mega shoe add-on" from nbalive.org, but you can download great SERAPH's Shoes patches. Grab all of them from here:

thanks, but the mega shoes really exists. I was able to download it long ago in nbalive.org but the site has been down now. by the way, thanks for the info

You can download Fumanchu's Shoe Patch 06, but it's compatible to 05, it coverted to NBA Live 09 for 06.
