How to call a play

Could someone please advise me how to call a play like pick and roll? I can see all the play of a team when I'm on a practice mode but when on a real game I cannot see those plays. Please help me. Thanks.

First go to offensive playbooks in the coaching tab during a game, assign keys/buttons to plays that you want, plays have been assigned by default already, but you could change them if you want.
You need to bring up the quick plays menu, and then choose whatever play and pressed the key/button you assigned to that play.
I think there is an option on manual plays or automatic plays, and you need to choose manual in options.
