It's finally good that you know how to comprehend stats, but just looking at one category of stats isn't enough to conclusively determine a player's style. I only limited the categories I posted to keep it simple. But let's insert more stats shall we in hopes of getting a clearer picture...

Z-Bo 3-point attempts this season per 36 minutes - 2.0
3PA this season- 97
total minutes this season - 1757

Duncan 3-point attempts this season per 36 minutes - 0.0
3PA this season- 2
total minutes this season - 2522

Brad Miller 3-point attempts this season per 36 minutes - 1.0
3PA this season - 56
total minutes this season - 2100

I used per minutes to show a level playing field if their minutes are the same.
How come despite lesser total minutes than Duncan and Miller, Z-Bo has more 3-point attempts than both of them combined (attempts and per36) ?
Z-Bo may be a legitimate low post threat but he sure isn't playing like it.

MikeMan wrote:analyze a players playing style . Z-Bo is a low post player . .

He is a low post player but he doesn't show it on the floor.
Stats are only the result of what players do. It's a result of their "playing style"

I would like to discuss with you more about that Bulls-Warriors thing but it seems that you made up your mind about such discussion about stats and only offer the "watch the games" argument.

Randolph is a good player but he's way too selfish and overpaid. He also has been not too well off the court with some concerning behaviour issues so I think his value is extremely low and I am not sure it will be easy for the Clippers to find a new home for him. They will be just lucky to get rid of him, and getting anything valuable in return, I don't think so.

My previous post was still on-topic. It contains no lengthy discussion of the Bulls-Warriors thing.

What I discussed was about Zach Randolph not being a low post player that the Bulls need. And Z-Bo being traded is a part of the main topic because Blake Griffin might get no playing time if Z-Bo wasn't traded.
Besides, you're the one that started and insisted about Z-Bo going to the Bulls.

Since I missed out on all the fun, the reason I say "no thanks" to Randolph has more to do with his reputation as a selfish player, the general attitude/demeanour he displays and his awful contract. He is a capable player and sometimes you've got to take the bad with the good but in this case, I think the Bulls should steer clear.

Wasn't Randolph the one that chased Telfair w/ a gun in Portland?

Quite possibly. I remember him being upset that Nate McMillan dared to fine him when he was late for practice without an excuse.

He punched Ruben Patterson in the eye socket, and I believe broke it. And then (or before, you look it up) Patterson threw a weight at him.

Would getting rid of Baron and Kaman's contracts be enough for the Clips? There's been some talk of a cost-cutting move with the Mavs, where they send Dampier (expiring after 09-10) and Stackhouse (expiring) along with cash for Stack's buyout to get those two. Or is it really a personnel thing where they want to get rid of Z-Bo so he doesn't poison Griffin?

I'd say not so much, but I'm sure they aren't too thrilled about his contract and getting rid of him leaves the starting job wide open for Griffin without any grumbling and dissention in the ranks. If Griffin could truly be "poisoned" by Randolph as it were, then I'd suggest he didn't have the mentality to be a consummate pro in the first place.

I do feel sorry for Blake Griffin if Z-Bo doesn't get traded or something because 1) Blake Griffin gets less minutes with Z-Bo around 2)gets less touches if both Z-Bo and him are on the floor(well not really as long as they ignore Z-Bo and pass it to Griffin instead) 3)The Clippers are still a weak team with or without Griffin
