Purely Pen-Tooled except for the background, WWE logo, and the Crappystuff Logo thingie. That's the closest vector I've done for the (EDIT) Winged Eagle, based on low-res photos.

Yes, though not in vector, just made paths to trace the wings, and the main plate design.
EDIT: I happened to have the font similar to the one used in the actual belt, (for the words "WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT WRESTLING CHAMPION")

But I'm willing to expand, go beyond borders. I'm a total n00b in Flash and similar software, but learned how to use Premiere and After Effects first before even giving Flash a shot.

Sorry if I can't grant a tutorial request. The thing is, I can't explain myself clearly in a tutorial compared to when I write literary stuff. The first and and only tutorial I wrote is (time for some of my shameless Old Skool Patching History reference again) the NBA Live 07 Jersey Creation Tutorial which is undeniably, an incomplete tutorial.

Maybe I'll start on the "Toon" tutorial tomorrow. Pardon the overdelay. What I recommend right now is for you to master the Tool that I once feared: teh Pen Tool. This tool can thrash all other cutting techniques that we may know. And once mastered, shape manipulation -- be it raster or vector -- will be off the charts.

This is where I read the easiest Pen Tool tutorial. I highly recommend this.

Anyway, I'll read the pen tool tutorial you posted. I'm already capable of using the pen tool, but I'm sure that my skill level is very low compared to yours.

It's a "C" and an "S"? I've always thought it's a rough "L" written in cursive which stands for "Lean". I guess that's what happens when I dont take a close look. I'll make a mental note to myself to always take a good look at your avatar from now on. Failing to do so will keep me misunderstood for the next one year.
