Hi all,
Well, I am playing Wolves v Bucks and the score is locked at 94 all, 30 seconds left, Bucks have the ball. The PC decide to work the ball around and drive to the basket with 4 on the shot clock. Reed drives and Spree comes across to draw the charge, great D I think to myself!! So the screen changes to the sideline and instead of my team inbounding, the Bucks have it on the sideline (This is a pathetic bug and I don't understand how EA let this slip). I'm a programmer and would be fired if something I did was not tested and worked to specification and not put in a known Buig report.
To make matters worse, with about 4 seconds left on the clock Reed this time takes a 3 and hits the shot, leaving me with 1 sec to throw up a mid court airball and loose the game. Yeah I was very happy with the outcome of this game (NOT).
I don't understand why EA had to change the module of code which handles Offensive Foul/Inbounding of the ball, as it worked fine in the previous versions of Live.
Apart from this, I'm finding the game play fine, sliders help a lot, but the only thing that can fix the inbound problem I figure will be Live 2005 and a new programmer/tester.
