How do you edit weight for created players?

yes if you have ever used hades then you can use that but it it goes by cenimeters not pounds so you would have to understand that as for hades you can find the download in the NBA 2K9 Patch Releases & Previews basicly here sorry i thought we were somwhere else lol hope this helps

I'm trying to edit a roster in season mode. How do I do this with hades?

i think you can load the save file with the editor as well, if i'm not mistaken...

It only opens roster files. It won't open season file. Is there a way I can extract the roster file out of the season file?

you can open your association in hades under you saves unless you are in a season rather than association then i wouldnt know.

I found out that if you change roster file to have ext. of association then it opens just fine!
