Peeps just made an update on DH 12's sleeves as I saw on today's game with BOS that he wore a slightly different Adidas Techfit Sleeve... Basically with a black lining this time soooooo... Updated the accessory and preview along with download on page 1

First of all let me thank you for the great D12 sleeves patch i liked it very much but the shine issue takes away the beauty of your patched sleeves and it makes it looks like a paint on D12 arms so after some trails and errors i found out how to remove the shine away from the sleeves and give it a more realistics texture through editing the alpha layer and here is the result.



N.B This is me on the ORLANDO's roster trying to help them getting past the CELTIC's

@ Za man, I tried putting an alpha on D12's sleeve as well but it turned pure black. How did you remove the shine but at the same time retaining some of the detail?

@chinoy316 here is how the alpha's layer should look to remove the shine from your custom accessories.



If you want the black in your accessories to look more darker you can change the dark gray to black in your alpha's layer and that will give you the needed result but after lot's of trial and errors i found out that 75% black is the best looking result. hope this help's you and all the accessories patch makers out there.

N.B. in this alpha's example you can see that iam using your armsleeve on the right hand that's why you will see it flipped.

could you give me the exact .BMP? channels are lost in .JPEG format. You could open the iff file with the sleeve, import it as .BMP using the IFF EDITOR then upload it on sendspace or photobucket or whatever for me. Thanks man.

I know what you are talking about exactly bro but what i uploaded is the channel itself this is the alfa layer just copy and paste it on your created alfa channel. You got what i mean.

Za man - I actually did that but I dont know... the thing there is, we can only remove the shine for black accessories.... which is why I never did continue... also sometimes if you leave the parts that aren't black, the colored details gets over powerd/shadowd or doesn't mesh that much... anyway, I have that kind of format accessories saved in my pc so I might release that as well once I'm finished with all the teams for the V1 Package

christian cage - yup... thanks to ron.d for the info and also the idea... actually, there's so much I can do afterwards I finish the package, as in... having my accessories installed to all players that we like... once I figure out how to do it in batch files, that would be nice...

Will that's something i don't know about as i only tried this with the black sleeve so maybe what you are saying is correct but anyway let me see if i can dig a solution to other color accessories problem.
