NLLBallers Simulation League

I'm not 100% this is the place but anyway lads the NLLBallers is a Draft Day Sports : Basketball based simulation league. It has real name players and composes of 30 teams pre OKC Thunder era...the league is majorly active and is a beacon for media as its members generate articles on a daily basis and provide a realistic sim league experience so to speak. It's been running for nearly 5 years and it's on it's 7th season with past champions being the Suns, 76ers, Pistons and Bulls. We are currently looking for new members that might be interested in this sort of thing to come join on in, take a look around and sign up

Anyone with sim league experience will get what i'm talking about but people without sim league experience are also welcome...it would take a learning process but we have a few DDS nerds ready to help you out. It's primarily run by Australians but welcomes all so timezones aren't a concern in any situation.

oh and we've advertised here before our site link was up on the front page a few months ago here at the NLSC and a few heads joined us back then so you might find a few familiar faces.

lads we're seeking gm's, we have 3 teams open right about now. The Hornets, Kings and Suns are all open...here's a link to each one's roster.

Just head to our new location which is - http://nllballers.net/nllforums and sign up ...you have to wait for confirmation and then just send me over a private message with your application for that team which will be in the membership department under the open teams sub-forum. We run using the Draft Day Sports: Basketball sim engine so mind you it's not using nba live so if you're new to it it's likely you will have a lot of learning to do but due to a drought of new members we're welcome to anyone that's interested in sim leagues and has an idea on how they usually work. We're just about finishing our preseason and our new season which is the 8th season overall will begin on monday...

Just in case if you were wondering why the forum seems empty it's cause we upgraded to a new version of phpbb and therefore lost our old content....the league is very media heavy in that we encourage gm's to write articles about their team, sort of like having their own little media channel so if you're into that well we'd look upon you with keen eyes.

All that's required is a passion for sim leagues and a basic understanding of how they work in general...you aren't required to own our sim engine which is DDS as many members that have been in the league for over 4-5 year's have not purchased it. But it is preferable if you are already familiar with sim leagues as it is quite deep in its features but that said we welcome all.
