Ebo Editor V.02

Im trying to get a wrkin ebo editor to wrk on my patches... evry one i download gives me this error message

Run Time Error '399':

component 'sptbdock.ocx' or one of it dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

google for that ocx file and download it

then put it in the C:/windows/system32
