big ben's afro project is looking bad, coz when i asked chinoy316 to hex edit big ben and andy varejao, big ben's skin texture became like a created player's one... i guess that's what happens when you merge a black guy to a white guy... andy's fro is much more realistic compared if i just move his head area to make it look like a fro... but if you want it that way, then i'll try it...

Have you put Ben's alpha on the iff yet? Maybe that's the problem.

yeah i did that already bro, i did everything already, i noticed that if you merge a black dude to a player with a lighter skin tone, there will be some defects, remember mikki moore and crash? when i asked you to merge them the same problem came out... but when i merged him to bosh then there was no prob... so that's what i worked with crash...
