Anyway, here is my performance, which I don't know if it's anything to bragg about but
I managed to step up and balance on my Spalding (NBA size) basketball without grabbing anything.
I've been training on just balance on the ball (but with grabbing nearby furniture to get up)
But today it just work while listining to Jackson fives - Can you feel it.
Can you do that? And add you useless or useful uniqe performance
