Edited headshape on MEDIUM settings,how...?

Hey there,need some help...
I have an edited headshape of a player,
the thing is that I can see it only when player settings is set to ULTRA HIGH. How do I make it work on medium settings?Cause when I change back to medium I see only the default headhsape...
