Requesting for this Scoreboard please?

I've been looking and looking for somebody working on this scoreboard but obviously, there's none. So if anyone of you scoreboard patchers out there not doing anything at the moment, can you please check out this one and try to work on it? i'm sure it'll be a hell of a patch. Take a look..
