Screen Shots

For things in the game, I know how to do them, but I'm struggling to figure out how to do them for things like box scores and main menu-type things. I have a PS3. Could anyone here help me?

either gotta get good with using a camera on the TV screen, or get some kind of TV Tuner capture device for your computer
