Everyone better be on their best behaviour.

It's been quite a year for us as far as celebrities go. First Dr Phil, now Santa...who knows who'll join up in 2009?

Santa's full body avatar seems like he's ready to kick some ass. Kind of makes me afraid to click the "Add foe" link with me being the Grinch and all.

Might be old or have you have read before, still...

8 Celebrities You Didn't Know Were Geeks

Celebrity Ripped Club: 8 Non-Athletes Who've Gotta Be On Steroids

Sure, the situation is almost identical to Charlie Sheen's, but Bale is a sworn method actor and Sheen is a creepy-looking drug addict (or was at the time).

Being a method actor means that doing a whole bunch of crazy, ridiculous shit to your body is just part of the process. Bale got real-life skinny because his character in The Machinist was insanely skinny, so it might stand to reason that he would only take steroids if Bruce Wayne took steroids. This theory on Bale's strict method does imply that his process also included dressing up in a bat suit, stalking around Manhattan and murdering muggers, but he's so intense that we're actually willing to believe he'd do that.

I got my stimulus package today!

I opened the box and inside were a couple watermelons, some cornbread mix and 10 coupons to kentucky fried chicken.

Obama called the Fox televiison network to complain about there not being enough African Americans on television, so Fox said they would take care of it.
They aired 5 more episodes of America' Most Wanted.

http://www.joystiq.com/2009/03/23/peta- ... tack-dogs/

Following a Massachusetts high school petition protesting the treatment of dogs in Call of Duty: World at War, the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is now joining the protest as well. Upon seeing news of the protest, PETA sent publisher Activision Blizzard an invitation to take one of its "Developing Empathy for Animals" seminars for free. The organization has also sent the company a package of Nintendogs for the DS, which it deems "dog-friendly." PETA hopes the puppy sim will help influence Activision's treatment of animals in future games, with the organization's blog noting "perhaps the next Call of Duty game will have you unlock achievements for petting the dogs you encounter and going on walks or playing Frisbee with them."

I liked the original story on Kotaku about that

http://kotaku.com/5176785/students-prot ... og-killing

Breanna Lucci, the 19-year-old president of the private high school's Animal Rights Club started a petition against seeing her brother shooting at dogs in the game. So far more than 100 of Lucci's classmates have signed the petition, which she hopes to forward to Activision, who will do absolutely nothing about it.

Guess they didn't mind the killing of dogs in Fallout 3.
