I want to know if it's possible to make other teams trades in association mode, I would be nice to do all deadline-day trades in my association when I get to February, but I don't know if it's possible.

The only way you can do this, is resign your GM position and hope that the other team agrees to your trade . When finished just resign to the team U playing with.
Or you can make the trades happen in a forced three-way trade with you trading just draftpicks. After that just trade the draftpicks back to the original teams.
Resigning is probably easier but it will cost you all of the earned development (?) points. You know, the ones you receive for winning streaks, etc. and can later use in the training camp. But I suppose that this wouldn't be a big problem for anyone.
Ok, made a backup of my Nets association just in case and resigned position, and started making trades in the other teams, gotta say it works, don't see any important consequence for my Nets.

I think all the teams lose chemistry points every time you resign and sign on other teams... But if you turn chemistry off, do all the trades and then turn it on again works without any consequence.
I do this in my association files, whenever the computer does some weird FA signings, draftees or trades. I've seen the Raptors draft a PG with their first overall pick whlist having a 87 rated Jose Calderon. I feel I have to intervene...
