If that's true, I feel really bad, because this is a big misunderstanding I really felt good when you Chinese guys started to release your works here

so it was just a missunderstanding, alright, i believe you now. but please release this tool as soon as possible!

think of all the possibilities comin with this tool. you are able to decompress court .iff files, so it will just be a question of time when someone finds the data you need in hex editor to mod court shapes. new courts like the minnesota or new orleans in 2k9? would probably become reality with the release of this tool.

Let me just explain why I didn't release our tool before.

You know in China ,two different organizations,EGS and 2KCN

EGS was supported by NetShowBBS(YouXia)

and we 2KCN was supported by 3DM

But YouXia and 3DM are two defferent groups

YouXia has framed the leader of 3DM
and one of the leads is still in prison

That's not I didn't want to share it,Another leader of 3DM don't agree me to cooperate with EGS because the one who is in the prison is her boyfriend.
