True, and after reading that article I think this story is getting ugly really fast. Boys claiming they're the real father of the baby? Alfie or whatever his name is agreed to take DNA test in order to prove he's the real father? Theres actually been "fathers" as young as 10 diddy. Everyone matures at a different level so one 13 year old may have the physical capabilities to father a child while another one wouldnt.

Also girls have been getting their first periods at age 4 and 5 due to hormonal imbalances. so if two of those kids get together at age six and the pattern keeps occurring a 24 year old could be a great grandparent!
