help me elevate my nba 04 to 09 plz...

hi there guyz, i've just installed my nba live 2004 on my pc and i just love it,the graphics were good and the game plays were magnificent as well. I really enjoy playing it, I even updated my roster to 09 season, and created players like CP3,Rose,Howard and any other players who didn't exist in 04 season,but the problem is I can't customize their jerseys and their home courts. I guess it's possible....and I guess some of you guys could do it..,Anyway can you please help me guys..,even just for the home courts of suns,jazz,kings,etc..... hOPE you could help me,plz just send it to my email ad[url]...kingrjames_24@yahoo.com[/url]

Where is a good link for the ryff patch? I just see different languages and bad links in the threads.
I've been dying for this while slowly updating myself.
