Before I ask my question, let me get this out of the way.
I got a PS3, and large LCD TV. I use HDMI.
I also got a old TV in the den that does not have RCA plugs. It's the old RF coaxial plug.
I want to play my PS3 on this old TV.
Question: What can I do?
I currently have a VCR plug into the TV. The VCR does have RCA input jacks. It's how I would plug in a camcorder -for example.
However, when I plug in my PS3 (using standard AV jack) it does not work?
Must I get the RF Coaxial PS2 plug to play on my old TV?
Or does it just simply not work, even if the PS2 plug does fit. Like the signal is different.?
Anyone actually used a PS2 plug on the PS3?

Why would you want to risk fucking up something on your PS3 to play on an old TV?

I was hoping to avoid this type of response as to "why."
And no, it will not mess it up.
Does someone know the answer?
My web research show that people have said the the old PS2 plug will fit. Those who have said that "it will" work (because it fits) never play it on their old TV.
Have anyone actually tried it?
