Team style of play

Does anyone know how to change the team strategy/scouting? I'm talking about the Fastbreak/Halfcourt, Outside/Inside, Physical/Finesse, Man to Man/Zone.
I would appreciate some help please.

It's a value that's automatically calculated according to the players that are on the team's roster.

You might want to check out the Tutorials stickied here in the Forum and in our NBA Live Wiki. I can't give you any pointers on face patching myself as that's not my forte.
