Game crashes during freethrow

The game works just fine these couple of days, i really don't remember what i did or what did i updated but when a player fouls, even before getting to the line, the game crashes, but it don't during the game itself. any ideas what specific file can cause this problem?

Possibly a transition, scoreboard or logo update would be my guess. Without knowing exactly what you've just installed it's difficult to say.

Wait, i think it's more complicated than i thought, the freethrow crash occurs in my dynasty mode, and i also figured out that it also crashes during timeouts, so im also guessing it's the team logo or the transition, so i tried a quick play (play now) not loading my dynasty, i selected the same team where the crash happens in the dynasty. i made a quick timeout, the game DOESN'T crash, and i tried getting to the foul line, and still the game didn't crash, so that means that it only occurs when im playing my dynasty cuz the logo seems to be fine as well as the transition. im pretty screwed up right now cuz i really don't know what to do!! i also have the ESPN HD patch, the one with the Gilbert Arenas bootup screen. will removing this patch solve my case?

I couldn't say, but at this point it's worth a try just to try and find out what's causing the crash.
