What's in the NBA 2K9 PC PATCH :?:

i wish they would of fixed the ball bouncing missing sound effect issue.. so annoying

Most annoying issue no doubt, because actually sound isn't missing ,ball is BANGING near the sideline then suddenly vanishes 2k9 guys deaf or something?

There are more issues than just the ball bouncing. I have two computers, and only one 5.1 sound system, so I was routing a stereo signal from one to the other. I switched the cables, and played 2k9 in 5.1 and I could hear the ball bouncing during gameplay on the subwoofer, but the commentary jumps from the center speakers to the front and rear speakers and then back to the center speaker during gameplay. So, it's some kind of compatability problem, becuase after changing drivers, and then reverting drivers, I no longer hear the ball bouncing, butt he commentary still jumps from the center and front and rear speakers.

I don't hear the ball bouncing eitther. But I don't recall, was there ball bouncing before the patch?

Only on some spots on the floor. Test it in training mode. You can hear the ball at the 3pt line, at 45 degrees.

If you can't back down shaq with lamar it's cuz Shaq's body strength is more powerful then Lamar's and the patch prevents these unbalanced backups like Fisher against Yao

He said he can't use Shaq to backdown Lamar Odom, you read it wrong.

My experience is that I can backdown players, but I can't continually backdown players and I am not sure how to trigger it other than trying to press the backdown button again or push the left stick towards the defender. Utilizing the post moves are more fun than backing down anyways. There are so many, but I ahve only learned the hook, the turn around fallaway, and the fake dropstep and hook. I did a sweeping hook with Zach Randolph one time and I have no idea how I did it.

you guys should adjust the game sliders. Make CPU strength 40 and User strength 70 or something like that.

That's cheating, the cpu will never be able to back you down.

Hey! As almost everyone I'm kind of having some problems backing down after installing the patch, I tried backing down someone with D-12 and it didn't move. Any special slider combination I need. Are you having the same problems as well??

It seems there's several more shoe.iff files available. Were thoses files already in place before the patch ?
