Jerome James to miss the entire season

New York C Jerome James will miss the rest of the season with a ruptured right Achilles' tendon. ... Hawks' Acie Law sustained a bruised quadriceps in the second quarter and did not return. ... Toronto's Jose Calderon (right hamstring strain) did not play.

Yes, another pupil of the great Isiah sidelined for the entire year wit the fat contract. Maybe the knicks can use he injury clause as the Blazers used with Miles

Huh?? I'm sorry. I'm still traumatized from tour of MSG on display holding Jerome James shoe.

Its sucks for New York but was Jerome James ever that great to begin with?
Allen Iverson passing on family values:

A.I.: son, what you doing there?
A.I.'s son: practicing my math for my test tommorow
A.I: practice? practice? we talkin' 'bout practice. not the test - practice. we talkin' 'bout practice. not the test, not the test - practice.

He had some decent days in Seattle but he never managed to show any of it in NY because he got injured right away. He would have probably not been that great even without injuries, but still...

He started all 80 games he appeared in for the Sonics in the 2005 season (the year before he came to the Knicks) but his numbers were fairly modest as he was playing less than 20 minutes per game despite being a starter. He saw more PT in the Playoffs that year though and put up solid (but hardly spectacular) numbers in increased minutes, leading to the big contract with New York.
