I think the animation of kobe blocking rondo's dunk is missing

The replay "!" is there a to get it back?

No player shadows? Nobody good on the court?

look at 8LAL24's sig, see that stupid orange thing under Kobe? It's not in my screenshot



Post patch, press your raise/lower camera buttons at the same time to disable it.

Last year there was a big ruckus about that being in the 2k8 patch, i was curious as to why it wasnt in 2k9 to begin with. So after the console patch hit, I tried it, and realized it was back. So I figured it would show up in the PC patch

Yup Yup! Glad that orange thing is out of the way again. It is amazing that pre-patch that was in there again.

players cyberfaces (i mean missing players except Krstic) are updated. You just need to choose to reload the original rosters

Looks like main updates on gameplay and players models but one can tweak them already with sliders and cfs patchers work,biggest disappontment courts still not accurate,no ball bounce sound on courts,audio is off-sync during ends of quarters(sim play&graphics but
arcade sounds,frustrating )

So no fix for 5.1 speakers.*Sigh*...

Does anyone know if the patch fixes the Wireless Xbox 360 controller issues that people have been complaining out (I think something to do with button configurations not being saved correctly)?

Interesting changes. I had everything set pretty good and field goal percentage was between 45-55 for most games. Last couple games after the patch and I have shot 65% both times.

Hey Pdub, did you notice less star player domination with the updated roster that came with the patch?

I rarely noticed star player domination pre-patch. Lebron is the only one I truly noticed.

I have noticed that it is harder to score. I had my inside fg set to 40, mid and 3pt set to 47 and had to increase to make fg around 45% again.

D'oh, they didn't fix my biggest peeve - the goaltending calls on rebounds. They have to make it more accurate. shots that are clearly out of the cylinder are called for goaltending if I grab the rebound too soon.


Game is still awesome though - talk about customer care, selling us a next gen game for $19.99 and even following up with patching.

technically its still in the cylinder, even if its just a little section of the ball


it happens to me a lot too but every time it is a legit call, its a computer accurate call, not a human call

i wish they would of fixed the ball bouncing missing sound effect issue.. so annoying
