I know this happened Saturday, but no QB has reached something like that. I honestly believe that being 4-0 (2-0 in BCS) as a starting QB is better than being a Heisman winner. Where would this place him as in the list of all elite QBs of the past & present in NCAA history?

were any of them a national championship? no? then fuck him. Dont forget he had a great team around him for at least 3 of those. He's not elite, he's good, but not elite
Bradford with 48 tds=elite
Tebow with 40 tds 20 rush 20 pass=elite
Leinart Stepping into Palmer's shoes and completely owning the NCAA for 3 years?=elite
Yes i realize no QB has done it but come on: it was the fucking Meineke Car Care Bowl. Talk to me when someone goes 4-0 in BCS

Leinart steping into the NFL and sucking despite all those offensive weapons? = Definite elite.

Brilliant, the Sooners just laid another BCS duck-egg.
Matt Leinart's on the edge of becoming another Ryan Leaf. But Leaf didn't even have the stud receivers to throw to.
