Opening audio files

Is there any way to open .FCD amd .IDX files? I would try and create custom players audio.

Actually, this can be done...awhile back there was an audio editor release...let me investigate...I know it works because I have some custom audio files

That program is the Audy06? Works with the files from NBA Live 2004?
