I have concluded that my MRA version 0.2 is a total failure...
I can't progress further...I mean...the more I do to the game...the more bugs it created...
Yes, this is what happens. The more you change, the more you have to correct and rebalance. Even though EA's default AI has flaws, it is still balanced. So what you do when you edit the aiact is unbalance it, once you do that you need to rebalance it. I can't explain specifically, but I can tell you that I started from scratch atleast 10 times last year when doing AIACT updates. Keep to it, start over, and try something different than what you did the first time.
If you are not using the CSV spreadsheet I released in the AIACT tutorial thread, you should really look at it, because the situation part is the most delicate part. The higher the number, the more priority it has over the lower numbers(of other situations) in that same column Like last year, I was trying to fix the point guard driving, so I changed one of the 7's in Fstbrk:Drive:Beat defender to a 4 or something. In-game the point guard would just pull up jumpers from mid range instead of taking it to he rack or passing it. That's because in the same column there was a 5 or a 6 in one of the pull up jumper situations. Since the pull up jumper had a higher number then drive beat defender, it had priority, so the pg did it all the time. Be careful of things like that, though. Lowering it could cause a wide open player to not take a jumpshot if you lowered it too much, etc, etc.
