Portland Portable: A Trailblazers Dynasty on PSP

Image

Prologue: Last season was one to forget for the Portland Trail Blazers, despite the 50 wins and an appearance in the NBA Playoffs. Only Andre Miller and Martell Webster managed to play in all 82 games while injuries cost the team significant time from All-Star Brandon Roy, centers Greg Oden and Joel Przybilla, and key rotation players Nic Batum and Rudy Fernandez. In order to make the leap from just a team out in the first round of the playoffs to an actual championship contender, the Blazers first and foremost will need good health. Unfortunately neither Oden nor Przybilla is expected to be ready when training camp opens… It has to get better, right?

I think I'd start Camby at the C and bump Fernandez up to SF and start him there. Interesting to see a PSP association,

thanks dare. :D yeah, the ratings are pretty high but I think it's probably because the PSP version still uses the old 50-99 rating system instead of 25-99 in other consoles.

yeah, I'd consider that. Though I also thought of putting Rudy on the trading block just like in RL. :?

Don't do it unless he's unhappy in the game as well, other wise he's a beast.

I have to do my association all over again as my saved file got corrupted after playing my 4th game :( . I played my 1st 4 games all over again and interestingly enough, I still end up with a 2-2 win-loss record, this time though, I lost the 2 games that I won the 1st time around and won the 2 games that I lost last time. I also adjusted the quarter lengths to 10 (played) and 12 (simmed) for more realistic results. :) I have edited all the recaps and stats to reflect the new ones.
