It depends on what kind of play you like. Carter is a good all around scorer, he can also make 3's. Brand would be great inside presence on the other hand. However Brand trade would leave you vulnerable at SF.

I'd say that you should go for Brand as it is easier to play in the post.

i would say both teams are good. Keeping VC would keep the team more fun, but with Brand, you'll have a stronger inside. But i do like you getting Livingstone in that game.
