Australia:
The dates I was told the other day (October 5th and October 7th) are inaccurate. The North American release date is October 7th, so October 5th is obviously wrong, and I feel certain in saying we won't get the game the same day its released in the USA and Canada. I haven't heard any other dates, but I predict a delay of anything from a week to a month (based on previous years).
UPDATE: With the new North American release date, the Australian release is again uncertain. Some sources list October 31st as the release date - thanks to chipper for the info.
New Zealand:
j0hn21 has informed us that the release date for New Zealand is October 9th.
UPDATE: October 9th is certainly now incorrect, as the US release has been pushed back. My guess is that the release date will be the same as Australia (October 31st)
Holland:
October 16th (my birthday, as it happens
) is the expected release date for Holland, according to JP_Frost.
Germany:
TheBigEasy reports that the current release date for Germany is November 7th.
France:
The release dates for France are October 22nd (PS2) and October 23rd (All other platforms). Thanks to K-Mart.6

Greece:

Sweden:
Uzumaki has discovered the release dates for Sweden are October 16th (PC) and October 17th (PS2).
Hong Kong:
kume has been able to dig up a date for Hong Kong - October 16th - but that date is almost certainly subject to change.
Brazil:
According to TamuraBR, the release date for Brazil is October 15th
United Kingdom:.
According to JasonLin, the expected release date for the UK is October 24th.
